On the Trails
- Creating custom, hand-made finials takes time and is labor intensive - so is taking care of my granddaughter, Deliah. It is very fulfilling but I like to use my downtime for participating in a sport that is unconventional to some. I absolutely love mountain biking.
Every chance I get, I ride the trails at Draper Lake. While there are no mountains on the trails at Draper Lake, they weave and wind through the Black Jack trees like a can of worms. Even when I had my shoppe in Silver Dollar City, I would be on the trails, biking every weekend. One of my favorite trail systems is the White River trails where you better bring your climbing legs as well.
It may be the need for speed or being out in nature that makes mountain biking so appealing - but for me that is enough.
